Baking Class - Kuala lumpur November & December 2012

Baking Class at Cheras Indah Kuala Lumpur Hi everybody, Obie will conduct a baking class at Cheras Indah, Kuala Lumpur Date : 25 / 11 / 2012 // Time : One Day Course from 1030 am- 330pm // Fee : RM300 per person.// Type : Semi - Hands On (some demo and some hands-on) // CLASS RESERVATION : Please submit your name and the class you are interested in joining, email to minbakingproject@gmail.com or sms to Yasmin, hp : 019-3805344. Once we have enough student, we will contact you again to collect a deposit of RM50 per class. Topic : •Preparing ingredients, cake mixing, lining cake tin, baking technique and oven use. •Baking 5 varieties of classic cakes – Sponge cake( chef will teach how to making a swiss Roll ), butter cake, chocolate cake, fruit cake and lemon cheesecake. •Free recipes - will update soon. Students will be able to taste and take home cake samples. Items to bring - apron, kitchen towel, pen, cake box or containers ( 2 or 3 containers)

Rainbow Cake Conduct by Obie Date : 1 st DECEMBER 2012 // Time : One day course, from 10.30 am to 3.30 pm // Fee : RM250.00 per person // Type : Semi hands-on (some demo and some hands-on)// Topic : •Students will learn how to make the Red Velvet cake and the Cream cheese frosting from scratch. •Students will learn how to make the Rainbow cake and Italian meringue butter cream from scratch. •Free recipe : New York Cheesecake & Opera cake Students will be able to taste and take home cake samples. Items to bring - apron, kitchen towel, pen, cake box or containers. DESSERT CLASS

Mango mousse Conduct by obie Date : 2nd DECEMBER 2012 // Time : One day course, from 10.30 am to 3.30 pm // Fee : RM300.00 per person // Type : Semi hands-on (some demo and some hands-on)// Topic : •Student will learn how to make 5 types of dessert – Vanilla ice-cream, German Chocolate ice-cream, panna cotta with mint & berry sauce, Mango mousse and tiramisu. •Free recipes : Almond brittle and Mascarpone cake. Students will be able to taste and take home food samples. Items to bring - apron, kitchen towel, pen, cake box or containers. Kelas Basic For beginners ini khas untuk mereka yang amatur.. dan tidak tahu mengenai baking atau untuk mereka yang ingin menambahkan lagi ilmu baking. obie sentiasa menggalakkan kpd mereka yang berminat dan ingin tahu rahsia dan tips untuk pandai baking.. baking dengan mudah. terima kasih kepada pelajar-pelajar obie yang telah menghadiri kelas obie..
